About.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Arts from the University of Pittsburgh, Ashley’s creative journey has always been a rich tapestry of performance, music, and voice. Her passion for studio work was sparked at 18, when she collaborated on a local hip-hop artist's original music which debuted on Pennsylvania’s Hot 100 radio station in 2007. A few years later, a chance encounter with Emmy Award-winning voice-over artist Amy Hartman would change everything—Amy recognized Ashley’s natural talent and became her mentor, launching Ashley into the world of professional voice-over work.
Since then, Ashley has built a thriving freelance career as a voice over artist, delivering everything from captivating narrations to animated characters and vibrant accents. Her voice carries depth, intrigue, energy, and an emotional versatility that makes her a standout in any session.
Outside of the studio, Ashley is a powerhouse performer—a self-taught singer, multi-instrumentalist, and "jam-experimental" composer. She’s graced the stage in numerous live theater productions, written "jam-experimental" scores, and has sung backup vocals for major artists like Carla Bianco. During her time as a progressive rock vocalist, she even earned a Best Foreign Record nomination at the 2010 Prog Awards in Italy.
Currently, she is one of the lead vocalists in The Royal Suits; a well renowned, high-energy, party band based in Asheville, North Carolina, represented by East Coast Entertainment.
Her genre-blending collaborations span hip-hop, R&B, folk, rock, and electronica, both in-studio and on stage.
Beyond the arts, Ashley is a certified yoga instructor, Latin dancer, drummer/percussionist, and fearless adventurer. When she’s not in the booth or on stage, you’ll find her salsa dancing, skydiving, swimming in glacier lakes, or photographing golden-hour castles in far-off places. Her spirit is dynamic, her voice is unforgettable, and her work leaves a lasting impact.
